Care Instructions
Permanent jewelry is designed for everyday wear, but proper care will help keep your piece looking its best.
• Avoid exposing your jewelry to harsh chemicals such as chlorine, bleach, perfumes, lotions, and cleaning products whenever possible.
• Rinse your jewelry with fresh water after swimming in pools, lakes, or the ocean to help prevent buildup.
• Gently clean your jewelry using warm water, mild soap, and a soft cloth.
• Avoid pulling, twisting, or snagging your jewelry on clothing, bags, or other objects.
• Sterling silver may naturally tarnish over time. A polishing cloth can easily restore its shine.
With proper care, your permanent jewelry can last months to years with everyday wear.
Warranty
We offer a 30-day weld warranty from the date of purchase.
If your bracelet comes off at the welded jump ring within 30 days, we will reweld it free of charge.
Warranty does not cover:
• Broken chains
• Stretching or pulling
• Lost jewelry
• Damage from excessive force
If your jewelry breaks outside the weld point or after the warranty period, we are happy to help with repairs or replacements for a small fee.
MRI & Medical Removal
If you ever need to remove your permanent jewelry for medical procedures, MRIs, or surgery, simply cut the small jump ring with scissors or nail clippers.
Keep your chain and bring it back to us — we can usually reweld it in place.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does it hurt?
Not at all. The welding process is quick and painless. A small spark is used to connect the jump ring, but your skin is protected during the process.
Can I remove it?
Yes! If needed, simply cut the small jump ring with scissors or nail clippers.
Will it tarnish?
Gold-filled and sterling silver are designed for long-term wear. Like all jewelry, they may naturally tarnish over time but can be polished to restore shine.
Is it safe?
Yes. The welding process is safe and takes only a few seconds. Your skin is protected during the entire process.
How long does it last?
With proper care, permanent jewelry can last months to years.
What if it breaks?
If the weld comes undone within 30 days, we will reweld it free of charge. After that, repairs may have a small fee depending on the damage.
Why does my skin sometimes show a mark ?
Sterling silver can naturally oxidize when it reacts with elements in the environment and your body chemistry. Everyone’s skin has a slightly different pH balance, and things like sweat, lotions, perfumes, and natural oils can cause silver to temporarily leave a gray or greenish mark on the skin.
This does not mean the jewelry is tarnishing or poor quality. It is simply a natural reaction between sterling silver and your skin’s chemistry.
If this happens, the mark can easily be washed off with soap and water, and the jewelry can be gently cleaned with a soft polishing cloth to restore its shine.
