At Kait’s Collection, we want you to love your jewelry and feel confident in your purchase. Each piece is custom-fit and welded just for you, which means all sales are final and non-refundable. That said, we proudly offer a warranty designed to give you peace of mind while keeping things simple and fair:

Included Warranty (90 Days)

• Your piece comes with a 90-day warranty covering:

  ✔ Manufacturer’s defects

  ✔ Welding errors

• During this time, you receive two complimentary re-welds if your chain needs adjusting.

• Original receipt required for all warranty services.

Rewelding After Warranty

• $10 flat fee per re-weld

• Fee is waived if:

  • Jewelry must be removed for medical reasons

  • We determine the jump ring was welded incorrectly

If Your Chain Breaks

• Gold Filled & Sterling Silver:

  • If your chain breaks within warranty and you bring it back with your receipt, we’ll replace it with the same chain free of charge. A $10 reweld fee applies.

  • After warranty, you may purchase a replacement chain at 40% off.

• Solid Gold:

  • Complimentary repair by adding jump rings to reattach the chain.

  • If you prefer a replacement, you may purchase a new chain at 20% off.

Not Covered

• Normal wear & tear from daily use

• Lost or discarded chains (chain must be present for service)

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or work done by another jeweler
